Shoreham Towers 7E vacation Condo Rental in a great North Myrtle Beach, SC location, super pool and picnic grounds between the building and beach.
-Purchased June 2022 and updated it, fresh and clean.
-This unit has a king in the master, a single and queen in the second bedroom and a queen in the third bedroom and two full baths.
-The max is 7.
-We rent to families over age of 25(kids are fine) as 70% of the building has permanent residents or used as second homes.
-High speed internet access is available throughout the building.
-Linens, 7 beach chairs and 2 umbrellas are included in our rates.
-No smoking in Condo and Condo grounds
-NO PETS
-Our daughter and family own Shoreham Towers 7D next door vrbo.com/3500155 if your family needs additional space.

We purchased Shoreham Towers 7D next door in 1998 and sold it to our daughter and family and purchased 7E in June 2022. Shoreham Towers is located on a great beach, very quit and low traffic complex as most owners use their condo as a second home and a few live here.
