A peaceful country retreat with convenient suburban amenities;! You will find this at our country estate in NW Glen Allen close to Hunting Hawk golf course, Oakdale wedding venue and public pickle ball courts. We are also minutes from Glen Allen sports complex, Striker field and local shops and restaurants. This 5 bedroom, 4.5 bath, colonial home offers 4030 sqft of indoor living on 9 acres with a private backyard pond, plenty of parking. Due to insurance restrictions no events are permitted of any nature these include any event where food or alcohol may be served or gatherings that exceed 12 people on site at any time. No driving on grass !

This home was terrific! Very large and spacious. Well appointed rooms with a delightful eclectic design/decor. Quiet country neighborhood but short drives to a lot. Host was responsive, timely, and friendly.

Huge grassy lawn and view of the pond out back. Very quiet and pleasant to walk down the lane or around the property. Lots of seating areas, and plenty of room to all sit at the kitchen tables and chat. We also enjoyed watching the lawn mower move around the property. We had fun trying to name him/her. All in all, it was the perfect place for seven long-time friends to get together to reminisce, share, and laugh.

So much space! Exactly what we needed for our out of town guests. I needed something specific, and when I reached out to the owner they were responsive and accommodating. I definitely recommend this space.
