The rooms are spacious and well appointed. The balcony gave a great view of the ocean! The pool area is wonderful and love The Deck Bar and restaurant. Very convenient and offers a large selection. Overall, this location was excellent. The room couldn't have been better. It was clean, beautifully decorated, comfortable beds, great view. The property could do better with signage. The exits to the beach were not clearly labeled, and the parking was not very clear either. That's a property issue, not this host. It's a lovely beach home, and we'd love to stay in this home again!

Nice view from the unit. Unfortunately for us we timed it wrong as temperatures never got above 68 degrees. The properties designated pet area can be a problem as it is DIRECTLY underneath a set of three active flags so dogs may be easily spooked if there is any wind. Fortunately, the community library is directly across the street and there was plenty of open space that we could walk the dogs.

Perfect for beach lovers!

Loved watching sunrises on the beach as well as from our balcony! Beach is less than a minute away and everything else is very close by highlyvrecommend. Plenty of room forc4 adults.

Wonderful location and beautiful condo.

We all had a great time. The condo was perfectly located and the balcony views were awesome. We enjoyed eating at the restaurant next to the condo on our first night and going out to do activities was easy and convenient. Thank you so much for having us!! We will be back!

Great location

Beachfront condo with a great beach access. Great condo with all the basics we needed for our 4 day stay. The beds are firm which I didn't love but that is the only negative. The front desk was amazing with helping us get into our condo after hours. You can rent beach chairs right from the front office too. So much to do in Tybee and this location is perfect.

Beach

The view and decor are gorgeous. We had a small problem with the bathroom door not closing and trouble with the keypad to enter property but it was fixed the next day.

The highlight was definitely the balcony—amazing ocean views and the sound of the waves all day long. It was such a relaxing spot to hang out. What a VIEW

We really enjoyed the location and amenities of this property! However, our favorite was sitting in the tall chairs watching the sun come up every morning over the ocean. The furnishing and appliances may be a little dated but honestly it added to the charm of the artistic beach unit. My family had a blast playing games at the large dining table. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you needed for cooking dinner.

Fabulous condo on the ocean

I only have positive feedback for our stay at Beachside Colony unit 423. Our first impression as we walked in was that we have a great place to stay. It was super clean, beautifully decorated, and felt very welcoming. We had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. The beds were surprisingly comfortable, which isn’t always the case. We had straight on ocean views from the deck and were able to enjoy the beautiful sunrises. The beach was clean and we enjoyed the large area. We will most definitely be back and hope to stay in unit 423 in the future❤️
