About this property

Houses in Boracéia, on the North Coast and close to the sea. Family-friendly place.

We have 5 new Houses, inaugurated in January 2013. All the houses are neighbors, but separated, walled and independent. Each house has 2 bedrooms, containing a double bed and a single bed in each room, living room with satellite TV, ceiling fans in the bedrooms and living room, kitchen with utensils, stove, refrigerator, bathroom, private garage for 2 cars, covered area in the back with barbecue, outdoor shower, all in front of a beautiful green area and very close to the beach. Comfortably sleeps 6 people. * bring bedding, table and bath. We are 1 block and a half from the beach (150m) and close to the infrastructure of Supermarket, pharmacy, bakery 24h bank, restaurants, etc. We negotiate packages. (see). Daily in week 150. Daily at the end of the week 200. Values up to 6 people in the house.
