We really enjoyed our time everything was clean and comfortable. The pool was very warm and very little people were there which made it very nice. I would definitely stay there again.
We had no idea we were staying in a historic 100-year-old hotel with so much charm, character, and class! From the moment we arrived, we loved everything about this stay. The unit was clean, comfortable, well-stocked, and had plenty of room for our group. The location truly can't be beat. We were able to walk to the beach, restaurants, shops, cafés, and even Publix, which made our trip incredibly convenient. The building itself offers a unique Palm Beach experience that we found far more memorable than a typical hotel.Communication with the host was excellent, and everything was exactly as described. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing Palm Beach getaway.
The condo was well appointed, emaculate and very comfortable! The location cannot be beat with Publix across the street and Palm Beach Island at your doorstep to explore and enjoy! The owner was a great communicator from booking to check-out.
Great little family getaway to indulge in some of the pleasures of Palm Beach. Valet parking included. Pool at the place. Close proximity to the beach. Short walk or drive to some great restaurants and the Breakers golf course.
My family and I had a lovely stay here, the apartment was exactly as described with all amenities required for a great stay. The apartment is in a lovely, slightly quirky building currently undergoing some renovations (which did not impact us at all), the amenities of the building were great, including a good pool that the kids enjoyed playing in after a day at the beach. We’d be very happy to stay here again and would recommend to other couples or families as a great base to enjoy the Palm Beach area.
We stayed at the property for a long weekend girls trip and just loved everything about the condo. The condo itself was spacious and inviting while the overall complex was quiet and charming. Very close proximity to the beach and an available beach wagon, chairs and umbrella. We spent a lot of time talking and relaxing on the couch or common area patio. Highly recommend!! Pictures are representative but don’t do justice to the soft comfortable bed and couch! Thank you for opening your home to us.
Excellent condo unit! Very beautifully decorated! We felt very welcomed & at home. Loved the bathrooms especially the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash! Such a nice touch. The location is amazing. Walking distance to some excellent shopping, beach and restaurants. There’s a Publix right across the street. There is not a stove top. But the air fryers all we needed. The host, Chris is so nice and very responsive. When we go to Palm Beach 🛍️ again, we would love to stay at this unit!
The condo was beautiful, comfortable and clean and had everything we needed. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because of things outside of the owner's control. There are renovations going on in the building and I could hear everything from the master bedroom. I was awakened a little after 8am every morning except Sunday. I heard walking, conversations very clearly and tools. If you don't mind not sleeping in, this is a five star place to stay.
Fabulous location, beautiful apartment, great host
This is an absolutely gorgeous apartment, decorated -- as it appears in the photos -- beautifully, in Nantucket or Hamptons style. The location is perfect: the only supermarket in Palm Beach is across the street, the beach is a couple of blocks away, and the golf course at the Breakers is a ten-minute walk. There are dozens of shops and restaurants in quick walking distance. The unit is well-appointed and lovely. The host, Chris, is courteous and helpful. We had a terrific time.
A couple of observations about the building: (1) The property is older and badly in need of a refresh. Common areas smell of mildew. It was initially a bit off-putting, but the quality of the apartment overcame any of these issues. (2) The swimming pool area has a covered veranda suitable for self-served cocktails and breakfast or lunch -- really quite delightful. It was not particularly crowded, even during our peak-week visit.
The unit itself was comfortable and utterly silent -- no road or neighbor noise. It was spotless upon arrival and in near perfect condition.
One small note on the second, smaller bedroom: it has a trundle bed, not two twin beds. This means, effectively, that when both mattresses are occupied, it's very difficult move around. This should have been obvious from the photo of that room, but I missed it. Not a complaint, but the second bedroom is more suitable for two children or one adult.
We are very grateful to Chris for a perfect vacation!
