Tiki House is a very unique yet awe-inspiring 3 bedroom - 2.5 bath house, that sits just feet from the beach, has been one of Alligator Point's most popular rentals. Waves, sunsets, sunrises, moon rises, fishing, shelling, watching the dolphins or simply relaxing can be enjoyed from the comfort of either the upper or lower decks. Both have furnished seating areas to aid in your conversations and relaxations. Just off the lower deck and a few steps down the boardwalk, you are on the beach to experience what the Alligator Point beach has to offer! The half bath and a separate hot/cold shower are available at ground level for ultra convenience. You'll love the outdoor granite top bar-height railing and barstools where a morning cup-o-joe or the evening beverage can be enjoyed while gazing at the waters of the Gulf. A full-size washer and dryer are located in the guest storeroom underneath, where you'll also find the half-bath and a charcoal grill for guest use. The kitchen is well stocked with dinnerware, pots and pans, plenty of eating and cooking utensils. The stove is a glass-top electric unit. The 24" oven and microwave are built into the wall nearby. Check further for more kitchen details on the amenities page. Please note, this house has two security cameras that monitor the driveway/front steps and the back steps. Management does not monitor the camera videos. Video is used in case of policy violations and are deleted 72 hours after checkout.

We have absolutely enjoyed our beach vacation, beautiful surroundings, cant say enough about the laid back beach atmosphere...if you want to come relax and just hang by the beach all day this is the place. Had great communication with the property owners, just overall loved this place for my family. We will be making plans to come back for future trips.

We loved the location and the beach access was perfect for fishing and enjoying the captivating sunsets! The morning stargazing before sunrise was spectacular as well from the barstools on the back deck facing the ocean. Favorite moments were watching the monarch butterfly migration daily from the back patio area and watching the porpoises swim down the shoreline. The men saw sea turtles and sharks from their kayaks. Also, we enjoyed the screened in porch area during the heat of the day for relaxing! The home provides so many conveniences, seating areas, and warm touches. I especially enjoyed the “Turtle Room” and Tiki theme throughout the indoor and outdoor areas. I would highly recommend this home for couples or families!

This was a nice relaxing stay. The area including the beaches is quiet. The house was perfect right on the water and had everything we needed. The hosts were very helpful leading up to our stay giving us some information on the area. We hope to be able to come stay again.

We had the absolutely best time here! The beach was so secluded and private. It was relaxing and a lot of fun with our pup. The outdoor patio was our favorite, it was perfect to read with our morning coffee and soak in the beach and nice for rainy days. We will definitely be back. Tiki House was the perfect place for our family to truly experience Alligator Point and its beautiful scenery. The house was well equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. There were plenty of spaces for different views including the deck with Adirondack chairs below the house, the wrap around decks and porches upstairs and the wonderful screened in area with its own smart TV.The automatic roll-down screen was wonderful and helped bring in the cool breezes on hot days. We were amazed at the sunrise and sunset views from upstairs and down. The kids loved finding all the sea shells and sea glass. The utility room had lots of beach toys and buckets for them to use as well as many beach chairs and a very useful trolley to carry things back and forth to the beach each day.The downstairs outdoor shower with hot water was a huge plus.The beds were very comfortable and there were plenty of extra blankets and towels.Having a smart TV in every bedroom was great, and we also loved having a half bath under the house.Russ was the perfect host and we can’t wait to come back!

Visited the Tiki House for a second time in three years. Loved the space the first time around, and it's even better this year! Updated flooring, a giant motorized retractable screen on the back deck, and fresh paint were among the updates we enjoyed this year. Owner communication was thoughtful, proactive and non-interruptive. Just what we were looking for on a beach getaway with the family. Thanks again for a great stay!

This is a beautiful home in a beautiful location. Right on the beach with a wonderful porch where we spent a lot of time enjoying the sun, view, and ocean sounds. The place worked wonderfully for us and recommend it to others with no reservations. Russ and Tamre are great hosts. Very responsive and proactive with communication.

The Tiki house is in a perfect location by the water at Alligator Point. The beach view is gorgeous.The house was kept up , the walls were clean, the floors were clean, bathrooms & bedrooms decorated nice , the stove & refrigerator very nice . The upstairs & downstairs decks was Excellent with nice patio furniture & beach chairs.The host were very helpful. The Tiki house is a very nice family & fur baby vacation house. The Tiki House is a short travel to nice restaurants &I also recommend the Gulf specimen Aquarium. The grandkids loved seeing the aquarium veriety, watch the sharks being fed, little sea horses, touching the star fish, sea cucumber's ,etc... Nice learning experience for children.Our family had a Great stay & will return for another stay.We give the Tiki House "10 stars" for Excellence! Ross family from Branford ,Florida

The house was just as described if not better the area was beautiful there was so much to do in the local area and community everyone down there was extremely nice we met some people who lived just down the beach that were extremely friendly and welcoming this by far was one of the best experiences our family has had we hope we get the opportunity to come back again.

My family and I had a great time here. The house was beautiful and perfect for our group. We brought our dogs and we all enjoyed the beach right off the back porch. The location is really nice and quiet and we pretty much had the entire beach to ourselves. Beautiful sunsets and sunrises everyday. The host was very nice and helpful. Would stay here again.

We loved this house at alligator point! The deck with the covered seating area felt like an additional room and it was really nice to be right on the water. Fabulous sunrise and sunsets! Hosts were very accommodating.

We LOVED our stay at the Tiki House. The location is on our favorite part of Alligator Point (Mud Cove). Our son loves to cast the net for the Mullet and Shrimp that come into the Mud Cove area during this time of year. Loved the large kitchen bar that was perfect for our traditional Thanksgiving meal. The screened porch is so comfortable along with the wonderful views from the adjoining deck. We enjoyed everything about the Tiki House. Thank you, Russ and Tam, for another wonderful memory at Alligator Point!!

Weekend Getaway
