This place has a little bit of everything. The kitchen was perfect size and the bedrooms were nice as well. The master bathroom was very nice. The walk to the beach was right there. We had a great time and plan on going back soon!!

Very comfortable condo and a great location! The beach was not crowded and perfect for long walks! Super easy to get to horseback riding or bike riding on Cape, San Blas and restaurants in Port Saint Joe. We will definitely try to book the same condo next time we are in Mexico Beach.

Ethann was fantastic! I reached out to her several times with a question and she was very prompt and cordial with her responses. I would 100% stay here again. The proximity to the beach was awesome and all the amenities you need were provided. We were there for our 40th Anniversary and, to be honest, we didn't want to leave. The door handle was broken when we got there and the lady tried to blame us when we left and I will be sharing photos as well w 5 witnesses as well. This place was a joke and how she came at me was unprofessional

Below is what I sent to guest. Please read through reviews. I used the door 40 min before they arrived. Not broken I'm so very upset about the condition you left our condo in. I spent an hour over there going through it before my cleaner arrived. I cannot imagine why you thought it would be ok to leave a beautiful condo in that kind of shape. Trash everywhere and you even had the broom and vacuum out. Spitting sunflower seeds all over the balcony and just leavin them there, as well as in condo. The broken sliding door handle is a whole other issue. It was sturdy and fine last Saturday. I can't imagine how much slamming has to go on to break that. My cleaner let me know the extra cleaning charge will be $100.  The repair of the door will be an additional charge as well of $49.21 for the new handle, my husband had to do the labor as we had guests coming at 4pm. Almost every other guest has let me know when something that significant happens. Missing a beach towel as well $20. I take a picture of them every Saturday and there were 6 on 7/18 before you arrived. So many stains on the 2 blue sheet sets. After the 1st wash/dry I treated the stains with my best stain remover. No go. So 2 queen sets of linens are dead, $49.98 x 2. 1 set was brand new on the 7/13.  This is just so awful! Your deposit does not cover the charges. The balance of $69.17 is due through VRBO. I will upload all the pictures to VRBO as well as the description of the condition you left our beautiful condo in.
