Relax and enjoy your vacation in this lovely updated 5th floor condo with stunning gulf views! Start your day with breakfast on the lanai, watching the sun glisten on the water. Have a nice dip in the pool then take a stroll on the beach in search of your perfect shell. Treat yourself to lunch or dinner with a short walk to fine or casual dining, and catch a glimpse of the cute burrowing owls!
Marco Island is a barrier island in the Gulf of Mexico in southwest Florida. Just a short ride from the Florida Everglades and close to Naples, it is the largest and only developed land in Florida's ten thousand islands
Emerald Beach is a low density condo (only 48 units) and includes a heated pool, crossover bridge ramp with direct beach access, a BBQ grill, covered parking, convenient laundry room on each floor, bicycle racks, a library, social room with kitchen, exercise room, luggage and shopping carts available for your use
EB is a secure, private condo that you cannot enter without a keyfob access. Monthly rental requires a minimum stay of 90 days (for in season- Jan Feb March) $50 rental application fee requires a 10 day approval process
Our space is self managed and well maintained. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking a gourmet meal or taking snacks poolside. The dining and living room are spacious and comfortable with a pleasant beachy feel. We provide all you need for your beach vacation, including beach chairs, towels, umbrella and cooler
