Beachfront - Two Bedroom with Gorgeous Gulf Views!


CONSTRUCTION DISCLAIMER:
Please know that there will be ongoing balcony repair work to the building from mid-August 2025 through mid-November 2025. Contractors will be present, and there will be noise from workers Monday - Friday during normal business hours. All units in the building may be affected at some point by construction noise, outside dust, and temporary balcony access restrictions, depending on the location of the work in relation to the unit.

Lovely beachfront condo located at Sea Winds in Marco Island. Enjoy gorgeous beach views, sunsets, and dolphins frolicking in the Gulf of Mexico. Sea Winds Condominium offers swimming pool, Jacuzzi, tennis courts, screened lanai, security, and elevators. Condo unit is located on the second floor and has a wonderful, amazing view of the entire beach. It's absolutely possible to see dolphins out in the water from the lanai!

Marco Island has something for everyone - fishing charters, shelling cruises, and boat rentals are some of the island favorites. Of course, we cannot forget our three and one-half miles of exquisite white sandy beaches! There are also numerous golf courses located within 15 minutes of Marco Island. Located close to Marco Island are the Florida Everglades; here you can enjoy a swamp buggy ride, airboat, or explore other excursions. Restaurants are plentiful, and the Marco Walk is located nearby with wonderful places to eat! There is also an abundance of shopping to choose from in the area, from Marco's quaint shops to the upscale Fifth Avenue in Naples.

Marco Island is the perfect vacation spot for people of all ages. It is a vacationer's PARADISE!! This two-bedroom unit is spacious and comfortable. It is well equipped with all the amenities you may need to enjoy your Marco Island vacation!

This condo has the best location on Marco Island, just steps from the beach. The balcony has a spectacular view of the beach and is the perfect vantage point for sunset. The building is a bit tired, but we were pleased to see pictures in the lobby for a planned remodelThe hosts were extremely responsive.

The view was wonderful. Seawinds is a great place to stay for the view. We have stayed in other units. We were somewhat disappointed with the advertised beach equipment. The cart was broken. The owner was unaware and responsive but am not sure when the cart will be replaced. We love the beach so a little bit of a disappointment for ease to the beach. Condo was nice. Deep cleaning needed but pretty clean. Seawinds is making some updates. This was the first time that we came and both elevators were working.

This was our second time staying here. We love the property! The balcony is an amazing place to enjoy the beach especially the sunsets. Dawn is amazing and always responds so quickly to questions! Place is clean and you just can’t beat the location!

My family with 3 young children really enjoyed this condo, the 2 bedrooms+ pullout couch were wonderful! The balcony is huge and completely screened in so you don't have to worry about bugs (or little kids throwing items). The pool and hot tub were very nice, and clean, and you can't beat the proximity to the beach ☺️

We loved this condo! The condo was perfectly cleaned! It had everything we needed for the week, including beach chairs and umbrella for the beach. The mattresses were very comfortable also. The view from the balcony is great, and we also appreciated the taller chairs on the balcony as you could see over the railing. Condo owners were excellent to communicate promptly and very helpful. We hope to stay in this condo next time!
