This super cute one bdrm apt is located DT and is conveniently on the ground floor (mobility friendly). This uniquely decorated space is off of the alley so you won't be bothered by the trains (although the depot is right across the road). You will also have a great view of the river while enjoying the beautiful court yard. The space boasts a historic Iowa State Penitentiary decor.
