Welcome to 202 Court St, a stately home that sleeps 10 located minutes from Plymouth's Downtown Historic District. Large front lawn and porch, with plenty of seating to enjoy morning coffee or evening happy hours. A small entryway from the porch leads to a large foyer flanked by two living rooms. There is a large dining room off the kitchen, with many windows that draw natural light into the space. The kitchen with upgraded counters, cabinets, and appliances will bring out your inner chef. On the second level you will find the primary suite (King) with a tiled shower, large closet, and laundry. Two other bedrooms (one with Queen and one with two Twins) and a bathroom with a soaking tub are perfectly appointed. There is also a large sitting area with a window seat that looks out to seasonal water views. The third level is a guest suite (Double) with its own sitting room, bathroom, and amazing water views.

Plymouth wedding

Our family was invited to a wedding in Plymouth and we decided to stay a few days. We stayed at the house and had a very pleasurable experience. It was very clean and had many amenities that we enjoyed.

Beautiful home

We had a lovely stay in this very well appointed, spacious home. We were close to town and high ways. The home is beautifully laid out and easily accommodated our 8 people. Would love to come back another time!

Beautiful Home

Great beautiful home to stay with adult children and grandchildren. The house was just as shown. Comfortable and super clean. Location was great! The owner was wonderful to work with. The only thing I would say is the second floor was a bit warm for sleeping. However, I would definitely stay again. I would highly recommend this property.

Fun near the Cape

The place was good value and plenty of room for 4 adults. Great golf courses nearby and walking distance to nice seafood restaurants. I would recommend.
