Farm Mariana1 - Heated pool, party room, football field
I Mariana Ranch is facing the asphalt, flat with great leisure area.
It features adult and children's heated pool with chairs and tables with umbrellas and grass soccer field.
Wide area with barbecue, freezer, stove, large wooden table and stools.
In another room game room with pool table and foosball table.
At home we have 03 large bedrooms, living room with fireplace, TV and satellite, kitchen with stove, refrigerator, microwave, blender, sandwich maker and utensils.
For only family we are able to lower rent nightly 20 people and 80 people event.
To camps accommodate up to 60-70 people for overnight. We have space for worship hall and cafeteria.

IMPORTANT:
light and water bills included in price, as well as pool cleaning services;
It is charged Cleaning fee if the tenant does not deliver the clean farm in order.
We do not offer bed linen and bath. Personal hygiene and cleaning products such as detergent, disinfectant.
For realization of reserve required deposit of 50% and signing the Rental Agreement for Season + copy of ID and CPF.
Rates subject to change without notice.
Children from 2 years are counted as adult.
