About this property

Beautiful farm with pool, barbecue and space for leisure!

The farm "The Great Family", is just 1 hour from Sao Paulo, located near KM 44 of Fernão Dias Highway and easily accessible.
This space is a great choice to spend pleasant moments with your family or group of friends, all with the tranquility in the warmth of the countryside.
Our farm contains pool with waterfall and beach, lounge with integrated barbecue with pool, large green area for leisure activities, orchard and the whole structure to accommodate up to 20 people.
It has 5 bedrooms, one suite, plus 2 bathrooms, living room with fireplace, TV room, large breakfast room and fully equipped kitchen.
We have covered spaces for 4 cars, but you can safely store more than 10 cars.
We are located in a dead end road, which brings more tranquility and security, just 600 meters from the asphalt, where there is a supermarket and bakery very close.
All this surrounded by lots of green area!
