Walking distance to the Track, Casino/Harness Track, Saratoga Performing Arts Center and Saratoga Spa State Park. Clean and sunny home that sleeps 8 (3 bedrooms + futon in 2nd floor lounge area). Nicely appointed kitchen. Bed linens and bath/kitchen towels included.
HISTORY:
House was built in 2016. Semi-custom features such as butcher block counter tops, subway tile in bathrooms, exposed collar ties in vaulted ceilings on second floor and more.
GUEST ACCESS AND PARKING:
Front door entrance, back entrance into mudroom; 2 car driveway and plenty of free, open street parking next to house.
IMMEDIATE NEIGHBORHOOD:
Pennell's Restaurant - 5 minute walk. Morton's Steakhouse - 5 min walk. Casino - 5 min walk. Walking trails 1 minute from house. Sunday Farmer's Market at entrance of State Park (10 minute walk through trails).

Remarkable Saratoga Home!!

The property was absolutely beautiful. We were blown away with how nice the home was. The inside decor is stunning. The front porch and surrounding gardens belong in a magazine. The attention to detail was very impressive. The house was very clean, extremely comfortable beds, luxurious bathrooms, and great amenities. The neighborhood was very nice, and was close to everything. The village shops, the race track, casino, and the Performing Arts Center were all easy to visit. The hosts went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. I can’t wait to make a return visit.

No better spot in all of Saratoga

It was our first time visiting Saratoga and we could not have been happier with our accommodations. The location was centered to everything great about Saratoga. The neighborhood was peaceful and friendly. The house was clean, neat and perfect for our needs. The hosts were available in case we needed them and we would not want to stay anywhere else. Already making plans to return!
