Located on the quieter end of iconic Duval Street, this two-bedroom split-level condo is within walking distance to all that Key West has to offer, from bars and dining to beaches and historical sites. This bright and airy unit has been fully renovated from top to bottom with a modern and luxurious coastal feel.
The main living area features an open layout designed for group gatherings, equipped with a large smart TV, queen sleeper couch and French doors that lead to a private patio furnished for outdoor living. The sleek kitchen boasts gorgeous countertops, breakfast bar and stainless-steel appliances, including a dishwasher, for easy meal prep and cleanup. Both upstairs bedrooms feature private en suite bathrooms. The master bedroom includes vaulted ceilings, private balcony and two desks equipped with computer monitors for remote working. An additional half-bath is located downstairs for household use.

Our second year of booking Iconic Duval Street was a repeat success! Katie was remarkably responsive in her communications with us and her follow up on a few minor questions we had. The condo was once again in immaculately clean condition and very well stocked. We've been renting in Duval Square for more than ten years and have stayed in at least six different units and this one is the most updated, best maintained, and most comfortable of all the ones we've experienced. We look forward to returning for our third year next year.

Great condo in super location
This was our 2nd February spent in KW but our 1st stay in this location but we'll be back again. The condo is in a fabulous location on Duval, it exactly as described and shown in the pictures. We had a great time and enjoyed this recently remodeled and well appointed condo. The owner was very helpful and respond quickly to any question. And, it has a pool! Highly recommended.

Great Stay! Wonderful Host!
We loved our stay in Katie's Duval Square condo. We've stayed in scores of vacation rentals, both domestic and international, and this one was among the most, clean, comfortable and well-stocked properties we've experienced. The unit, which was recently renovated and modernized, is bright and welcoming and convenient to the Duval Street experience. The communication with Katie was outstanding and she was very responsive. We look forward to returning next year.
