We absolutely loved this condo!! The location was wonderful especially having toddlers and a baby with us. The condo was clean and nicely decorated. I am very picky about where I stay and this condo was terrific!!

Short getaway, plus competition in Pensacola was the main reason for the getaway

Very poor communication!!! We called a day or 2 upon arrival about parking passes and were told that we had 2 with condo and would have to purchase a 3rd. this was the most we have ever paid on a vacation and by far the worst!! beds were comfortable but headboard in master bath squeaked every time you moved! Kitchen was dim and no cover over fixture in kitchen. refridge and over oven light out along with hall light out.No soap in room. We contacted beach getaways about maintenance, housekeeping and about parking passes and only response was house keeping bringing soaps to our rooms. Beach getaways said we would be getting numerous calls but never received any!!! Long line at elevators forcing us to have to walk parking deck or stairs several times! We don't usually complain but this vacation was overpriced and over rated!!! Very disappointed!!!

Parking passes were not included or represented as included. The Oasis requires guests to purchase them directly through the resort online or at the front desk, and they are not available for us to purchase on a guest’s behalf. We manage several condos in the building and are very familiar with this process, which is also disclosed in the property description and personalized digital guestbook. The concerns reported during your stay were handled promptly. Missing toiletries were quickly delivered, and our team explained the parking policy each time you called. Your calls were not left unanswered, though we understand the answer was not the one you hoped for. Elevator waits can also be longer during peak season, particularly when guests from all 398 units are arriving, departing, or heading out at the same time. Vrbo service fees may also significantly increase the total reservation cost and are disclosed by Vrbo at checkout. While elevator waits, the resort’s parking policy, brighter-lighting preferences, and a squeaky headboard would not warrant a refund, we still offered a future-stay resolution in the spirit of hospitality. We truly value your feedback and hope these inconveniences did not overshadow all there is to enjoy at The Oasis and along our beautiful coast.

Loved it! Views were just amazing. Condo has lots of space and very comfortable. Parking garage is great, really appreciated the luggage carts and shopping carts. Pools were never too busy. Lots to explore and plenty of activities to keep anyone entertained.

Just amazing

The property had a lot of things for kids to do while being located on beach. My family didn’t want to leave but we couldn’t extend the stay due to someone else checking in after the cleaning process. We are definitely staying here again

Great Location

Loved that the condo was on the 5th floor. Parked on 5th floor & did not have to put all of our stuff in an elevator. Condo had a lot of room for 6 adults & 1 baby.

Fabulous Spring Break Stay

The property was fabulous and the location is the bomb.com! 10 mins from the Hangout (which my daughters loved) and from the Wharf! 4 mins from Walmart and anything downtown Orange Beach. I would recommend this property to anyone. And Jackie…she was quick for response if we needed anything or had an issue. She needs a pay raise! Thank you again for letting us have a family fun Spring break!

Oasis Orange Beacj

We had a great stay! The place was clean, and everything was working. The elevators were not as bad as we had anticipated. Usually there are long lines for elevators during holiday weekends, but this one was fairly quick. I would recommend this place to anybody! The employees were very nice and courteous. I even had an issue with my truck, and one of the security guards helped me get it started.

Fun fall break

This is a beautiful unit in Phoenix West 2. The beach, outdoor pool, splash pad and lazy river were all hits with our grandchildren on this fall break trip. We were able to park on the same floor as the condo on most days. Easy connection to unsecured WiFi, but our Verizon cell service was spotty at best. The owner Sharon was easy to work with and she was very proactive when she received notice of building maintenance to be done while we were in the unit. We would stay here again with family.

Ideal location between GS and OB...

We loved being on the Fifth Floor level overlooking the Lazy River and the Pool, and being able to park on that level and walk straight to the condo. without having to get on the elevator made things a lot easier for my 92 year old Mother. Everything inside the condo. was as advertised and provided for a great time by all. We had everything we needed and more. Thank you Sharon for allowing us to enjoy your condo. for the week - there's nothing like the beach - We will definitely be back!
