Relax and have fun at this newly renovated property located less than 5 minutes from Beavercreek marina at beautiful lake Cumberland! The property has two large decks with a dining area in the back, this is the best place to have your morning coffee and enjoy the sounds of nature. Perfect location on a quiet street. Washer and dryer. Wi-fi. Master bedroom with 1 King bed, second bedroom has full on full bunk beds with a twin trundle, perfect for kids. Queen sleeper sofa in the living room. All linens provided for the bedrooms and the bathroom. Bathroom includes toilet paper and hair dryer. Dishwasher in the kitchen, coffee maker and Keurig included. Driveway is big enough for 2 cars. Additional parking located at the top of the marina. The marina also offers a shuttle service at certain times during boating season. We are located 15 minutes to town.

Very impressive stay. This lil house is a hidden gem on Lake Cumberland!! Perfect for 4 people w ample space. Very Clean and efficient place to stay. Communicative Host and easy access. Will most definitely stay again.

Great Location

The location to the Marina was perfect. The place was clean and very comfortable. Everything looked new. My favorite part of the house was the back deck dining area. It was just a nice extension of the house where my friends and I could have privacy and hang out. The neighborhood was pretty quiet. The neighbors were friendly. I will rent here again.

Great place for our girls trip!

My sisters and I brought my mom here for her birthday weekend, and we had the Best time! The newly renovated cottage was beautiful, clean, and updated. The back and front deck offered amazing views and seating areas. The inside was fully equipped with everything we needed and more. Only a couple minutes to the Marina and boat dock, the location was super convenient. Would definitely recommend for any occasion! We will be back:)

Delightful!

Beavercreek Bungalow was perfect for our stay in the area. From the initial booking reservation to our departure couldn’t have been better. Host, Tara, is beyond responsive, communication, directions & property instructions were a breeze & she was so helpful with suggestions for the area. Checking in with lockbox was very easy. The property is adorable inside and out and by far the cleanest property that we have stayed in from top to bottom. The bungalow was comfortable and stocked to allow for easy meal prep with both indoor and outdoor tables. We enjoyed the privacy of the back deck & star gazing in the evening. The entire area felt safe and was quiet, just what we enjoy. We will 100% reserve again when we are back in the area to visit with our family. Thanks Tara for making this part of our journey a total DELIGHT!

We can get away

This is the second time I’ve done this. I told you the cleaning lady came over to make sure everything was good but that night when we was watching TV a mouse ran across the floor the day we were leaving I was stripping the bed down and there was blood on the sheets that did not come from me or my husband, which tells me they have not been changed, that is disgusting

I didn’t get a notification from you or a previous review. I’m so sorry about that. I assure you my cleaning lady washes the sheets. She also told me that she stopped by thinking that we were there because we have the same truck and boat that you have. Yes unfortunately being in the woods sometimes mice get in the house. I have never had a guest review my property as disgusting. This property has had all positive reviews with 5 stars thus far. Also, I wish you would have contacted me with this information immediately and not 2 weeks later while reviewing the property.

Super cute cabin so close to Beaver Creek! It was very clean and cozy. We spent most of our time on the water and the property was so comfortable to relax in at night.
