Beautiful property just off St. Armands. Fluid communication with owner and management team. Highlights include walking distance to Lido beach, tons of shops and restaurants, and an underrated view of Sarasota Bay from the roof.

Listing pictures looked too good to be true but is exactly as advertised. Everything was clean and comfortable. Was fun to have a pool, elevator and rooftop deck with views of the gulf. Great location with an easy walk into town for morning coffee, shopping, late night drinks and everything in between. Also quite walkable to the beach and Lido wasn’t much further. Host made everything easy and was quick to reply to our only required question which was about the pool.

We have been renting homes in Sarasota mainland and St. Armands for 25 years. This was the overall best place. Perfect, well maintained and equipped with everything. High quality furniture, tasteful decoration and a large SWIMMING Pool. From the rooftop best views at sunset, very exclusive neighborhood. All these descriptions cannot describe the real experience we had. Walk to the beach and also St. Armands Circle within five minutes. Also perfect a welcome bouquet of flowers and immediate contact with manager Sonya.If you want the best: this is it.

Absolutely beautiful house two blocks away from Saint Armands Circle. Very convenient to excellent restaurants and wide variety of shops. Awesome pool in the backyard in the midst of a beautifully landscape area. Very well furnished and very well equipped. You might feel like you’re in an art museum with beautiful artwork throughout. Very serviced-focused host. Top notch!
