This is in a gated community at IMG academy. Unit A is Freshly painted 1 bedroom with 2 queen beds and private bathroom, fully fitted kitchen, living room and balcony. This unit has it own private entrance. There is a community washer and dryer just down the hall. A great community pool. It is located on IMG and a very close to the beach.

IMG Review

The apartment was very spacious and nice; only problems were: pool was not kept clean (I understand from owner that the pool is cleaned three times a week - not owner's fault); knives need sharpening (if you are cooking in apartment); better maintenance needed by cleaning management: i.e., dining table has a glass covering and cleaners do not think it is necessary to pick up the glass and clean underneath. Owners were very nice to us and again, not their fault, as they do not see their place after cleaning management has been in. Thank you.

This property was infested with cockroaches, and the host was clearly aware—she even mentioned they tend to have a problem when it rains. It should be shut down immediately.We are now having to fight with VRBO for a full refund, despite having video and photo evidence, along with the host’s own admission.As if that weren’t bad enough, there were two doors in the entryway labeled “Do Not Open.” We later realized this was because another tenant was living in a bedroom and bathroom that are part of the unit. It felt far too close for comfort—at one point, I heard someone sneeze, said “God bless you,” and realized it wasn’t anyone in my family.

We take all feedback seriously, but we must clarify the facts regarding this stay for our future guests: ​On-Site Inspection: Upon receiving your concern, we personally visited the property. We found a significant amount of uncollected garbage and food debris on the kitchen surfaces, which we cleaned and removed immediately. ​Pest Control: During our inspection, we found no evidence of pests. This was further confirmed by checking with previous and current guests, as well as the HOA’s regular preventative treatment records. ​Accessibility: For clarity, only the AC maintenance closet is marked 'Do Not Open.' All other closets and storage areas are fully available for guest use.
