I am a life long resident of OOB. retired from the OOB school system and am invested in my community. I live a block away and will be available to answer questions about the house and the area to make your stay more enjoyable. Both my home and this rental home have been in my family for over 50 years. Presently, family member live in this Central Park home, teaches in OOB and leaves during the summer, allowing for summer rental.

MOST IMPORTANT!!! This is our home & we take pride in our weekly cleanings. It is very important to us that our guest arrive to clean comfortable environment. Park your car for the week, because you are just a short 5 minute walk to 7 miles of sandy beach, downtown attractions, Amtrack Downeaster, Memorial Park w/playground, basketball & tennis courts and shopping. Quiet and relaxing
