McKenzie Bridge River's Edge Retreat, a cozy cabin on over two acres
Your worries will fall by the wayside as you drive down North Bank Road. The trees fold over the road and the road simplifies to a one paved lane as you near this property. You will turn off the road onto a gravel drive, wind past the 'glass pond' and roll up to the cabin on a generous circular drive.
The sweet cabin awaits you! The robust McKenzie River roars past the cabin and you can almost reach out and touch the river from the deck. Throw open the huge sliding door and enjoy being on the river while tucked inside this sweet cabin. Tons of sunshine pours in from the three skylights in the living area, and if it is too much in the summer months, draw the automatic blinds and cool the deck with an automatic awning.
This well-appointed cabin is less than three miles from Tokatee Golf Course. Enjoy dinner out at two restaurants where N. Bank meets the highway, one with tantalizing brisket and the other with a lovely live music venue. Clear Lake, Sahalie Falls, Lost Lake and Belknap Hot Springs are all nearby. After a days adventure, come home and barbeque on the deck. The fully equipped kitchen makes cooking fun.
This cabin is great for a solitary weekend of introspection, an intimate weekend getaway for weary travelers, or a playful weekend for a small family. We have provided a generous dog run if you cannot leave your four-legged family members behind.
the high speed reliable wireless internet will keep you in touch (if you must) and the Spectrum cable stations with stepped up sports channels will not disappoint the most avid fans.

We love this cabin! We love the view of the river from the living room and kitchen. The owners have thoughtfully provided everything you can think of. The beds were super comfortable too. We will be back!

Thank you so much for the great Photos and the thoughtful remarks,We look forward to your next visit!
This was a great place to stay in Mckenzie Bridge - so close to the water and so peaceful. We had some good weather in time for a bike ride along the Mckenzie and then a big strom hit, which was okay because we were nice and cozy inside by the wood stove. Would definitely recommend this place to others and would love to stay again. Thanks!
The home was very cozy and comfortable. The hosts thought of several things you might need and had them available. The river was beautiful and the sound of the river was peaceful! It was close enough to take day trips and see beautiful sites and then come back and relax. We loved it.
Amazing secluded location on the river! Loved the skylights that brightened the living space. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Loved watching rafters and kayakers going by and going on walks with our dog in the area. Highly recommend!

Thank you so much Lisa We are thrilled that it was all that you had hoped
We loved everything about this location (private and quiet), the cabin (very welcoming and homey!) and the view of the river was beyond what I imagined! We made a little friend, "Sam the Slug". The weather and local restaurants were fantastic. This was our first visit to this area for a vacation and it did not disappoint. All the local residents were very friendly and helpful with suggestions of places to eat and visit! We will certainly be back! Thank you!
My husband and I did a 3 day getaway here and it’s everything we needed and more. The sound and access to the river is wonderful, so much natural light and a nice little wood stove.
Yes, a go back to place. Relaxing, the river rush was relaxing, so pretty and we felt secluded and safe. Clean and comfortable with everything we needed to make simple meals. Restaurants not far, but it was best to stay in place. the awnings helped with extra afternoon sun. Evenings and mornings very cool. This is a dog friendly place and that helped so much.thanks Mike
