n regards to my stay at one of your cabins in Gatlinburg, Tennessee, and I wanted to share my feedback on the experience. While the location and natural beauty of the landscape were truly stunning, there were some issues that affected our overall impression.Our arrival was quite challenging as we got in late, assuming that this would provide ample time for the company to ensure the place was clean and ready. Unfortunately, there was an issue with the door code provided, which took over an hour to correct. This delay was disappointing, and it seemed there wasn't a strong sense of accountability or any accommodations for guests in such situations.Once inside, we noticed that the cabin was neat but had an unpleasant odor and was very dusty. The hot tub also raised concerns as it didn't appear to be in optimal working condition, and it wasn't as clean as we expected.Furthermore, we discovered a camera in the kitchen, which made us uncomfortable. While we understand the importance of security, having an in-cabin camera felt invasive and detracted from the sense of privacy we were hoping for during our stay. This was not mentioned in the agreement, for indoor cameras in the home and no consent was given. While the natural surroundings and semi-private space to park and sleep were appealing, our first experience left us with a less-than-great impression due to the door issue, cleanliness concerns, and the presence of the camera. We hope you can address these issues to ensure a more comfortable and enjoyable experience for future guests.
