The spacious master bedroom, with its king bed, has its own fireplace and ensuite bathroom. The two sinks and double shower enclosure reflect the gracious style of the home. Another large bedroom with king bed anchors the bedroom wing, and opens to its own modern bathroom with shower. The remaining two bedrooms with queen beds have views to the front lawn and share an attractive bathroom with shower. An adjacent bonus room serves as an office or simply a place to chill, along with its small open porch furnished with table and chairs. Even though you might not look forward to a certain household chore while you are on vacation, you will find the new washer and dryer in the bright and cheery laundry room to be a real convenience item.

The outdoor space is “pure Pinehurst,” with a sweeping lawn in front and towering longleaf pines at the rear. A brick patio with comfortable teak furniture, table and umbrella, and gas grill lies just outside the living area and master bedroom, and is accessed through large glass doors. The upgraded heating and air conditioning systems, along with ceiling fans, ensure comfort inside regardless of the day’s weather.
