This Lovely Cottage sitting on one of the most desirable streets in South Torrance, this home is one of the famed "Story book Houses" with pitched roof, quaint front porch and white picket fence. These homes evoke a charming feeling of yester-year, reminiscent of a simpler time of authenticity, . Downstairs you'll find a remodeled country kitchen with chef's grade appliances (Viking stove, Sub-Zero fridge), wine fridge, living room with fireplace, dining area, family room, two bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Upstairs are two more bedrooms and another bathroom. Think the house is great? The back yard is amazing! There are multiple access points to the huge backyard featuring a built in outdoor kitchen with BBQ, refrigerator and sink, stamped concrete, spa, and eight foot deep pool with diving board. This home is a short walk to Sea-Aire Golf Course, and the most festive Christmas holiday lights display the South Bay has to offer and 2 miles drive to the Torrance Beach or 3 miles to Redondo Beach

Our family had a fantastic time at this place. Perfect location! The house was perfect for kids, with plenty of space and a lovely backyard. Pool was a little chilly but the hot tub was nice to have as an option when the pool was too cold for the little ones ! We can't wait to come back!

The house is in a charming quiet neighborhood close to the water. The house itself has so much charm and is very relaxing. The beds are also very comfortable to fall into after a long day of exploring or beaching. Check-in and out was painless and owners respected your privacy. Wonderful place

We had a great time at this place--it was as described. Lots of light coming into the living room/dining room area--central to our get-togethers. We enjoyed the backyard with the hot tub and pool. I walked down to the beach or explored the beautiful neighborhood every day. We would definitely stay here again.

Lovely stay in a well-equipped house.

Great stay in a lovely and very well-equipped cottage. The house had everything we needed for a stay of 7 days as a family with two kids. The location was, although not that close to the sea, in a very nice quiet neighbourhood. The house in itself was cosy and had a wonderful atmosphere. We would stay here again if we were in the area and needed a home away from home.

Such a lovely place for making memories with family. Equipment for babies on premises. Light-filled home, large well equipped kitchen. Backyard oasis. It was better than we had hoped for, and we’ll never forget the fun we had here.

We had a lovely time with family here, There was an issue with the oven not heating correctly when we contacted the owner they provided us with an small tabletop oven which was sufficient for our needs.The property could benefit from some TLC but nothing that would affect any stay here. The location was ideal its a lovely safe neighbourhood, close to beaches and shopping.I would recommend a stay here.

Great place to stay

This place was very clean and just as advertised. And our host was very quick to respond to every message sent. I do have to apologize for not cleaning as much as we would have liked prior to leaving. A late final night and early morning departure curtailed our intentions, so I apologize for that. And thank you for letting us stay in your home. It was a great experience and would definitely recommend. The hot tub and pool were used multiple times and were a great added bonus!
