Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. The home is within walking distance to Sunlife Stadium. Community park and tennis court on the corner. Hollywood Beach is 15 minutes away. Home is close to turnpike and I-95 so driving to all events will be a breeze. Close to shopping. Very neighborhood friendly. Spacious enough to bring the family and enjoy cooking in the gourmet kitchen. Private backyard with a Blackstone Griddle. The patio is tranquil and enough seating room for the entire family. The home is a corner home with plenty of parking on the sides and in the front.

I was born and raised in Miami, Florida and love my city. We have so much to offer for every age. You will never be bored and since we always have summer weather, there will be nothing to stop you for exploring. I actually enjoy local events and visiting places such as Wynwood and many festivals we have. Several concerts and events.

Why they chose this property

Our neighborhood is centrally located. Because it is so close to the highway, I can get to anywhere very fast and avoid traffic at any time of the day or week. The stadium offers so much more than sports and I enjoy that on a clear day we can walk, eat and go to those events. I like the fact we are very close to the beach and can visit on the weekends. Groceries are close and shopping is not far from the home.

What makes this property unique

Our home is completely remodeled and newly painted inside and outside. The home offers upgraded appliances. Our home is spacious and very comfortable for those that want to have a family stay there or if they just want to relax and put their feet up while watching the game on television. All the windows are hurricane windows so there is no loud noise heard from outside so there is quiet and peace when you want to relax.
