The house was nicely set up and overall very comfortable. We had a small issue with the stock of paper products that the host quickly resolved for us. It was disappointing to learn that we would need to request the pool heater be turned on while we were there. We booked this property specifically for the advertised heated pool. Unfortunately we were unable to enjoy the pool because it was too cold. I looked back at communications and didn’t see anywhere we needed to request this ahead of time. Would have given a perfect review otherwise.
We had a great visit. Other than not being able to get the fire pit working, we really enjoyed staying at the house. Spacious, comfortable, clean, great location.
The house is in a beautiful neighborhood. Spacious interior, comfortable beds. A few suggestions. A few more kitchen items like tin foil, the pepper containers were nearly empty. There was an issue eith wasps. 2 of my faml

Older home that needs repair
Ice maker not functional. Pool filter was disconnected.Electrical plug in entry not functionalFront bedroom add on air conditioner not funtional. When reported we were told, "Just keep the door open and the room should stay cool." MB TV stopped working. When reported we were told to check the plug, etc. We were dissapointed.

Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry to hear that you were disappointed with certain aspects of your stay. That said, we do want to clarify a few important points.
We received little to no communication during your reservation and were not made aware of many of the issues mentioned. We are always available to assist guests in real time and could have addressed any concerns promptly had we been informed.
For transparency:
An ice maker is not listed as an amenity and is intentionally not offered for safety and maintenance reasons. We always let guests know it's best to purchase ice and water bottles for their stay.
Our pool is professionally serviced on a weekly basis, and our technician reported no issues with the equipment during your stay.
The home features a central A/C system designed to cool the entire space, and we have not previously received complaints regarding airflow or comfort in the front bedroom.
The primary bedroom TV was tested and found to be working properly upon your departure.
We always aim to provide a great guest experience and encourage communication during stays so we can resolve any concerns as they arise. We appreciate your feedback and will continue to uphold high standards for all future guests.
