WHAT I PROVIDE:
I provide a starter supply of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, dishwasher pods, dish sponge and hand soap. All linens are included and beds are made. Bath towels, hand towels & beach towels are also provided.

AREA INFORMATION:
I want my guest to enjoy their stay as much as possible so i've provided a guest book for recommendations to grocery stores, restaurants, entertainment, activities, beaches, nightlife, launch ramps, Havasu events and home information.

PETS: No pets of any kind.

MAX GUEST: Home sleeps 7 guest but can accommodate an 8th guest for an additional fee. 8 guest max at all times(includes adults, children & infants).

CHECKOUT: No late checkout($50 charge for every 30 mins after)

SMOKING: Home is strictly a NON-smoking property. Smoking/vaping outside only away from doors & windows. Smoking indoors $250 fine.

PARKING: Vehicles are to be parked in designated parking areas only. Do not block any driveways. Any illegally parked cars are subject to towing; fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner. Garage is accessible but no parking vehicles or watercrafts inside. *No more than 3 vehicles on property. 3 vehicles & 1 watercraft or 2 vehicles & 2 watercrafts Max.*

MAKING A RESERVATION : Must be 21 years old to book. An ID is required & must match the name on the reservation. The guest whose name is on the reservation must be on the property for the duration of the stay.

NOISE: Please be considerate of our neighbors, no gatherings, parties, loud music or unregistered guest. Lake Havasu City has STRICT noise regulations between 10pm-7am.

ROUTER/OUTDOOR CAMERAS: Do not tamper or turn off these devices.

CITY ORDINANCES: If you violate any of the city’s ordinances you will be held responsible for any fines.
