It’s s very nice home. Great location
Our family loved the home. Plenty of room and close to the beach. Kitchen was well equipped. Very pleased
This is the second time we’ve stayed at this house with the entire family. It easily accommodated 11 people. The location is ideal, close to beach, pools, and restaurants. While in the middle of all those amenities it was still private and quiet. The Michael and Erica at Lowcountry Vacation Properties we great to work with.
We had a wonderful time. The unit was perfect for our family of 12. The location was close to the beach and several restaurants. The house was very clean and appointed very well!
Mt family enjoyed a wonderful vacation thanks to this wonderful home! The home was located close the beach with an easy path for taking lots of beach gear to and from the house! The house was up to date, clean, and had lots of great kitchen amenities that made our stay so great! We highly recommend the Beachside Vacation as a great business to work with!
Such a fabulous house! Location perfect! Will definitely be back!
The house so comfortable and is beautifully decorated. The kitchen has everything anyone will ever need!! Thank you for sharing it with us! We love Wild Dunes!!

Wonderful, quiet and ideally located property. We had easy access to the beach, tennis courts, the pool, places to eat and access to the trails and walkways. We had a completely enjoyable week. The one week we had here just wasn’t enough. The home was comfortable, spacious and downright lovely. We loved it so much that we may work to plan a longer stay next year. You can’t lose or won’t be disappointed with Poet’s Place, the property owners or location. Win, win, win all the way around. We loved it.

A Quality Home
We had a family gathering here over the holidays, and found that everything about this house matched or exceeded our expectations.
The beds were very comfortable, the house spotlessly clean, the kitchen very well equipped.
There also seemed to be good soundproofing - important when there are multi generations and sleeping habits vacationing together.
Beautiful home ideally situated a short walk to the beach. Home was very clean with fully equipped kitchen. Enjoyed the screened in porch (although a ceiling fan would have been nice) and outdoor ahower. Beach seemed bigger and better then ever.
This home is the perfect home for a large family. The home is beautiful and just as pictured. The kitchen is well stocked, and there are plenty of games and beach items. There was plenty of space for 8 people, from teens to adults. It is in the perfect location - close to the beach, pool, and pavilion.
My wife and I booked this vacation to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary. We had all three of our adult children, their spouses, and our grandkids!! The house was perfect in every way... everyone had enough space... and the proximity to the beach, pools, and Wild Dunes amenities was just outstanding. We will book this home again next year as well!
Thanks much.

Perfect property for our group
A group of 10 women rented this house in order to take tennis clinics at the Wild Dunes Tennis Center. The house was perfect for our group - there was plenty of room for everyone and the house is within walking distance to the Tennis Center. We enjoyed relaxing on the screened porch before dinner and playing cards at the dining room table and watching TV in the well-appointed living room after dinner. The view of the ocean from the upper deck was spectacular. Our group was thoroughly satisfied with this property and is already talking about renting it again in the future!
I love Wild Dunes! Our family had vacationed here for 20 years. This property was my absolute favorite of all the places we have stayed!! The check-in was easy. The staff was attentive to my questions and phone calls. The house was clean and beautifully decorated! I loved that the light switches were labeled. There were convenient night lights. The kitchen was fully equipped with quality appliances, dishes and utensils. They seemed to have thought of everything! The home is close to all of the fun of Wild Dunes. I want to stay here again.

Great Weather, Favorite Beach in the World and a Lovely Beach Home makes for a perfect vacation!!
Obviously we love the Beach!! Isle of Palms/Wild Dunes is our favorite spot to vacation!! This home was perfect for our family! It was large enough to accommodate 7 adults and 5 very active little ones without feeling like we were on top of one another!! There was plenty of dining space inside for those nights when we cooked. It was a very short walk to the beach and near the tide pools which were perfect for our little ones!! It was also very close to the Lettered Olive where we love to dine so we can watch the kids ride their scooters, play bingo or watch a movie. We have rented a LOT of properties in Wild Dunes and this was a favorite!! We have rented through Beachside for the past couple of years and they are really friendly, and accomodating!!
I’ve been coming to IOP and Wild Dunes for the last 40 years and you really never know what you’re going to get with these rental houses until you get there. This place is one of the best I’ve ever stayed at. Clean, updated, everything works and the kitchen is absolutely stocked with everything you need. AC, and TV’s are easy to use and work great. We had 7 adults and 2 kids and didn’t feel crowded at all. Internet had more than enough bandwidth to handle everyone on at the same time. All the beds and furniture seemed relatively new and were plenty comfortable. Very easy access to the beach and access to the pools was a nice extra. The pics don’t really do it justice, this one’s going to be my go to on Wild Dunes.
We rented 6 Grand Pavilion for 2 weeks and enjoyed every minute of it. We had a party of 8 ---including older teens and young adults --- and the layout was perfect. The property is well maintained (this can't be said of all houses in Wild Dunes), the kitchen is well maintained, and the bedrooms were comfortable with tv's and plenty of drawers for clothing. Our teens especially enjoyed hanging out on the rooftop patio with the guitar & having their own claimed space. The biggest draw about this home is its location: just steps away from both the beach and the pool at the new hotel. It also comes with access to the Grand Pavilion pools with towels. (We rented chairs and umbrellas from an outside vendor, who erected them every morning just beyond our beach access area) The property management company was very helpful. We will be renting this property again!
The property was located perfectly and was beautifully decorated. Very comfortable beds and well eqa

Perfect place for a family vacation
The property we rented for a week turned out to be a perfect place for our family vacation. We are four families including 8 adults and 4 children (ages 7, 5, 4, and 3). The house was large enough for all of us to live comfortably during the week with lots of room to gather or spend time privately. There was more than enough table space for all of us to gather for meals. The house was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked with cookware, utensils, dinnerware, and silverware. There were plenty of towels and blankets. The location of the property was probably its best feature. We were steps away from the beach and from the Wild Dunes pools that were available to us. We were also steps away from other Wild Dunes amenities like the Fitness Center, Spa, Bike rental, shops, restaurants, playground, and golf.

Very good situation to house 12people
The property was very clean, bedrooms were great to fit all, and the place was close enough to the beach that the kids could walk there by themselves without having to contend with any streets/traffic. Overall sports xavailability was great - tennis, swimming, beach, pools, corn hole, water sports,
