Nestled within this condominium community is your ideal vacation sanctuary. Situated in close proximity to Vaca Cut, your gateway to effortless access to both the Ocean and Gulf waters. Clocked Out assures an unforgettable vacation in an impeccable location.
Parking under the condo is 40ft long and just shy of 8ft tall. All vehicles and trailers must fit in the assigned parking there are no guest/overnight parking in the complex. No rvs or motorhomes.
Dockage available at first come first serve.
Please note - there are no outlets for electric car chargers - you will not be able to charge your car on site.

We are required to have certain information on file per the company & the City of Marathon.

Please note that if you plan on bringing or renting a boat, jet skis or other water crafts, we can only guarantee that one will fit at the dock. Please make sure to confirm the dock size, space for trailer parking and if more than one vessel is allowed. This property allows one boat & one trailer only.
This property is NOT pet friendly so pets are not allowed on the property. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in a charge up to $500 and asked to vacate without a refund.

Accommodations were perfect!.watching the sunsets each evening from the balcony was breathtaking! Saw lotsnof fish off the dock including a.fee neef sharks and a manatee one morning. Very clean, well kept and would highly recommend!
Stay was great. Place was great. We enjoyed the location and the ease of docking the boat at very accessible docks. Beautiful sunsets. Nice evening breezes. Pleat of restaurants close by and easy grocery store access. Management company stayed in constant contact with us and answered any question we had no matter what it was. Parking under the condo was perfect. Only one thing we could ask for was king size beds for each room. The 2nd room had a queen. Besides that we are looking to add it to our destination trip next year. Bravo!
Property was exactly as-advertised, which is a great thing! My three boys love to fish, and the dock access provided great fishing and a variety of marine life. Saw manatees and nurse sharks and right along the waters edge, we waded around and discovered some huge queen conchs. Caught a lot of snappers, grunts, couple Jack Crevalle’s, and hooked a lot of sharks (some were easily 4’ or bigger), but landed only one as they were crafty in cutting the lines! There’s a bait/tackle shop within 3-5 min walk from the property. Pool was good sized and clean. The interior was clean and fairly spacious, even for our active 5-person family. Kitchen had enough supplies like soap, bags, etc. Grill was used plenty and worked like a charm. The property manager was very prompt in our questions we had, which was a big help because we weren’t stuck waiting around for several hours. Property manager also was a great resource for various to-do’s as we were first-time visitors to Marathon and the Keys. Island Fish Co was a great restaurant and technically is walkable (prolly 10 mins), but we drove. Overall we were very happy with the property and location, and would happily recommend!
