Enjoy Boji Blue Lagoon with West Lake Okoboji views, close to beach & boat ramp!

Rest and relax in our family friendly three-level home, located just a short walk to the public beach and boat ramp (<0.1 mile). We do not have a boat slip at this property, but you can enjoy fishing off one of the many publicly owned/privately maintained docks or bring your bike to hit the nearby bike trail system around the lake. Our grass lot is perfect for the kids to run or play a game of bags. Fire pit is located in the back where you can gather to enjoy s'mores. A Traeger pellet grill is available for your use.

Our family friendly home has plenty of games and cards to keep kids entertained. A pack 'n play is available for use and is stored in main bedroom closet.

Our home provides you with three private bedrooms and loft area: *Main Floor Bedroom-queen bed.

*Loft area-twin over full bunk, twin over twin bunk and a twin bed. A queen air mattress is located in the upstairs closet (bedding available).

**PLEASE NOTE: the only staircases within the home are spiral(see listing photos). This may not be suitable for some. Please consider this before booking your stay if stairs are an issue for you or anyone staying with you. **

Kitchen is equipped with full size refrigerator with ice maker, microwave, dishwasher, cooking utensils, dishes, pots, pans, etc. This home has two full bathrooms. Laundry is available for use and is located in the basement bathroom. Free Wi-Fi and smart TV with Roku. The main floor bath and the basement living room were both recently renovated.

Parking is LIMITED but available in the driveway which holds approximately 3 vehicles, depending on size. We typically park two vehicles head-in and one parallel behind. Street parking is an option, but can be limited during the busy season.

Enjoy the beautiful West Lake Okoboji views from the deck (our favorite spot), equipped with patio table and chair, high top table & chairs, and sofa (spring-fall).

Our home is equipped with central air and heat. The upstairs bedroom also has a portable AC available for use to keep guests nice and cool on those hot summer nights.

This is a non-smoking unit and no pets allowed. Minimum age to rent is 23. No bachelor or bachelorette, or large, loud parties please.

Seasonal: If you're looking for things to do you can enjoy a day with the family at Arnold's Park riding the rides, enjoying one of the many restaurants or hit up a concert at the Green Space. If a day of golf is on the agenda, enjoy one of the area courses or a trip to Treasure Island for a game of mini golf. Rain in the forecast? Don’t fret. The indoor water park at Bridges Bay is a perfect place to burn off energy. You can grab some food or drink at one of their restaurants too. Take a stroll down memory lane at Okoboji Classic Cars. There are plenty of bars and restaurants where you can grab a bite to eat and a cool drink--many which have live music during the summer months! There is something for everyone here in Okoboji!
Winter months you can enjoy ice fishing, ice skating on the lake or at the arena during open skate hours. It may be more quiet than summer months, but there is beauty in it too!
