Many Nearby Golf Courses, Waterfront areas to explore. The Military Marine base (Paris Island) and Hospitals are in close proximity.
Feel Southern comfort of this newly remodelled and beautifully furnished home. Large front porch is the gathering spot of this home as you sit back, maybe read a book, or just watch the pople go by on thier golf carts through town. Enjoy the scenic walking trail (across the street from home) through the town down along the water way to lookout tower. There is a back privacy fence with outside shower if your just back from the beach or boating. Store your golf cart here inside privacy fence.
Walk to Sands beach and boardwalk to the lookout tower. Check out the many fishing areas to explore or hire a private fishing guide for a full day on the water.

Great location close to everything and more. Small town Friendliness Charm. I like that you can walk to all that Port Royal has to offer. I especially enjoy the local restaurants that I can walk to and the fresh seafood they have to offer.
