Nice location for a three day vacation

Great location with a view. We celebrated a milestone bday with family. Lots of fun. Weather was not perfect but that didn’t stop us from using the pool and beach. Food shopping just miles away. Highly recommend this VRB rental.

Breathtaking views!

Our group really enjoyed our stay at Samoset and would highly recommend it to others! The views were amazing from every room and agree with one of the previous reviews about living out on the screened in porch. It was a great spot for coffee, reading a book, and watching the boats on the lake. The condo had everything we needed for our stay and communication with the owner was very easy. Would love to come back again in the future!

We had a great week. Very comfortable, clean, convenient. The owner brought new furniture for the screened porch, which was lovely. There's even a crib in the queen bedroom if needed. The deck faces the lake and the mountains. I'd love to come back in the fall.

The condo was lovely. Great views of the lake. Very comfortable and accommodating. Unfortunately, the weather didn't cooperate so we weren't able to use the beach or the really nice pool. The owner was very pleasant and easy to communicate with. Would recommend.

Beautiful and quiet

We stayed Sunday night until Thursday morning. House worked well for the 4 of us. Samoset has a great pool for the kids. When they got cold they played ping pong in a rec center next to the pool.

We had the best weekend at Lake Winnipesaukee. This condo is beautiful, spacious, clean and comfortable. The grounds of the condo association are beautifully maintained and the view of the lake and mountains are gorgeous. We relaxed, cooked, hiked and had a great time.

Amazing condo! Looks even better in person! Everything was clean and well stocked, and we loved the layout. The only thing we could possibly complain about was the shower head in the master bath, but that’s only if we are trying to be knitpicky. The views were gorgeous, the property is wonderful, and we are so sad to leave! We fell in love!

Gorgeous views and plenty of space

We really enjoyed our stay at Chris's condo. It was roomy, comfortable, and the views were gorgeous! Our favorite spot to sit and relax was the screened-in porch. The condo was spacious and the layout worked well for our family. Newly added wood floors on the first level were absolutely beautiful. Additionally, the kitchen was well-appointed and had anything one could need. This was our second time at Samoset, and we certainly intend to return again in the future. We love it, and we truly enjoyed our stay in this condo!

Third time at Samoset. Best views by far! Easy walk to beach, basketball courts, restaurant across the street. Kitchen well equipped with everything you need. Only negative-beds needs upgrade otherwise would have been 5 stars!

Beautiful home w/great lake views made it a great family vacation!

This is a great rental in the Samoset development right on the lake in Gilford, NH which is the heart of the Lakes region, attraction such as Gunstock, Weirs Beach and Mt Major are very close by as well as shopping in Laconia (for great seafood & ice cream, check out Sawyer's Drive-In). The description was 100% accurate and the interior was even better than the photos! The property was extremely neat & clean, very well maintained & views of the lake & mountains are spectacular; there's a nice swim area as well as boat docks (the fishing is pretty good off the docks!). The owners are a pleasure to deal with, were very helpful & have a great system set up for check in/check out. I would highly recommend this property to family & friends and it will be my first choice should we visit again next year! Thanks for helping make it a great family vacation!

In the warm months, enjoy the rolling green lawns, sandy beach, and two pools complete with chaise lounges and picnic tables, tennis courts and clubhouse with ping-pong table. Family friendly Gunstock Mountain Resort is only 3 miles away featuring a zip-line and adventure park. Weirs Beach and Tilton Shopping Outlets are also close by.
