This is an absolutely amazing stay! The host has thoughtfully prepared the property with lots of things that make the stay smooth. Our kids loved the bikes and scooters and my husband loved having garage access to store our small utility trailer the pool was great the beds were great and it was not far to the freeway beach and restaurants. 10 out of 10 recommend this place!

Accurate listing and well stocked with basic supplies needed for my stay. Host was very flexible and accommodating with initial booking and extending my stay. Nice pool with lanai. Overall excellent experience.

The house & pool were very clean and very well taken care of. You can tell they pride themselves on the property. There were plenty of pool toys for the kids to play with. The games inside were great because there was something for all ages to play with. We were great full for the extent of amenities provided. Going to the beach was also great with the umbrellas, chairs, cooler, and beach bag that is available to use during the stay. We didn't use the bikes that they had there but would be nice to ride around the neighborhood. The house is set in a decent neighborhood that seemed reasonable safe. Overall if we go back to the area, its definitely a place we would stay in again.

This house was exceptionally clean. Air-conditioning worked wonderfully, which is important in Florida. Beds were comfortable the pool was refreshing, and the house was fully stocked with quality items that can actually be used. I called the host for some information on checkout. She is very friendly and very helpful. Five stars at a five stars can’t wait to stay here again. We will be back!

Would definitely stay here again!!

My standards for being clean are pretty high when it comes to staying at a BNB and I have to say this surpassed my expectations! Everything was spotless and the pool was well maintained! It’s located in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to nearby restaurants and stores. Definitely stay here if you’re planning to visit Palm.Coast!

The house and property is beautiful! I couldn’t ask for better amenities! Everything was labeled and the book explained how it all worked! Nothing more was needed for my week-long stay. Rachel was very communicative and accommodating - the perfect hostess! I would definitely recommend this property and would absolutely stay here again!

House was perfect. Location was great for guys to go back and forth to the Daytona Nascar races over the weekend. Very clean and well stocked. Great place to stay!

Home Away From Home

We really enjoyed the intentional touches for our family. The kids were excited to see the beach toys and snacks as soon as we arrived! We used to live in the area and it was a perfect home base for catching up with friends and family!
