About this property

Newly Renovated, Immaculate Beach Retreat with an Amazing Yard

Welcome to this beautiful Cape Cod oasis! Completely renovated and immaculate ranch located on a beautiful corner lot in a great neighborhood for walking, biking and quickly getting wherever you want! Every year we invest in new upgrades for the property, with major updates including a completely renovated, bright open concept kitchen with a breakfast bar separation to the large living room. The bathroom was also completely remodeled floor to ceiling with all new fixtures. A mudroom was added to store all of your grab and go vaca necessities and breezy access to the back patio. New lighting throughout the home makes the home just as bright during the evening hours as during the day when the sunlight beams through. The new driveway and front walk/patio make parking and entry a breeze. Decor and paint, inspired by the colors of summer and the beach, will instantly relax you. Central Air Conditioning throughout the house will keep you cool on those hot summer days. Sip your coffee on the back patio, barbecue on the Blackstone griddle or watch your kids play in the huge expanded and fenced-in back yard from the comfort of the Adirondack chairs. Load your car with the coolers, beach chairs, beach towels and beach toys (all provided for your convenience!) and head to Smuggler's Beach, 5 minutes away, without ever having to get on Route 28! After the beach, rinse off in the outdoor shower. A nice night in is no problem with a kitchen loaded with everything you can imagine, Smart TVs, Bose speakers, games, Nintendo Switch docking station, ect. Too many good things to list! We look forward to helping you with your vacation planning!

Stayed at the Cape many times and this is the best accommodation we have had. The hosts have thought of everything for an enjoyable stay, including exercise equipment which I found useful. The location was excellent for any part of the Cape including many nice beaches and the house had whole-house AC. It has been renovated to a very high standard and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it.

Beautiful Cape Stay

My family and I had the best long weekend, the house was awesome! Everyone was extremely impressed with the cleanliness and location of the home. We were less than 15 minutes from downtown Hyannis and Harwich Port. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed for our short stay, there was also a filtered water tank which was great. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. I would highly recommend this beautiful home!

We are delighted that you enjoyed your stay! We know that vacationing can be a hassle if you don't have all the comforts of home available, which is why we like to ensure the home has everything you can possibly need other than your suitcase of clothes and necessities! We appreciate you taking such wonderful care of the property during your stay and we hope to host you again for your next Cape holiday!

Cape Cod family Vacation

We had the best time on our family vacation and this home is absolutely perfect! It’s in a great location, close to beaches and cute downtown locations. It was clean and updated and had all the essentials. Beach chairs, towels and a cooler were provided and that was a lifesaver for us since we were traveling from so far away. The neighborhood was beautiful and quiet. We enjoyed early morning and evening walks. I would highly recommend staying here for your next trip to Cape Cod!

Excellent

This house is in the small traditional cape cod style that has been completely remodeled both inside and outside and looks brand new. Two bedrooms, the master has a king with two white cane tables and a cane chest of drawers with a tv on top. 2nd bedroom has a double bed and bunk beds with a tv. one small bathroom, shower tub combo, Kitchen is unusually well stocked and has new appliances. It appears to be summer home of owner with numerous personal touches. I felt like I got to know the owner vicariously. Lawn is professionally maintained. Convenient to grocery store, beach, restaurants seasonal fish market and, of course, all of cape cod. We loved it, Thank you Tracy.

Relaxing, Clean & Perfect Location!

We,( Four adults and baby) all had a great vacation and immediately felt at home in this open and bright house. We did not feel cramped. The baby even slept soundly each nite which was rare. Loved the outside patio area which was so quiet. Walking was safe and handy. Kyacking and fishing at Bass River & Scargo Lake were enjoyable. Smugglers Beach was beautiful and was so close. We really connected to nature and enjoyed picnic lunches and eating out by the ocean. We were able to use the grill at the house for dinner and ate out a few nites. The Natural History Museum is great for nature and walking by the ocean. We enjoyed shopping at the Hyannis Mall and Cuffy's in West Dennis. We were able to see a gorgeous sunset at BassHole(Grays Beach) in Yarmouthport at the end of our vacation. The use of beach chairs, cooler, washing machine, outside shower and mudroom was so handy. Thank you Tracy and Dave for a great vacation and rental experience!
