The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Turn off Central AC. Check drawers and closets for personal belongings. Strip sheets off of used beds and place on top of washer. Comforters and blankets can stay in bedrooms.
Outside, check grill to make sure natural gas is turned off. Put outdoor umbrella down. Check outdoor shower for personal belongings. Return any lawn games and beach equipment to garage.
Pickup after pets outdoors, shake out any dog blankets used and return to closet.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
