This first floor unit is an incredible space that has tons of touches of home. Each room has its own coastal flair, including brightly colored tropical fish in the master bedroom/bath, lightly colored seashells in the guest bedroom/bath, and a palm tree mural in the dining area. This unit has an assigned covered parking space. With two bedrooms and a sleeper sofa, this non-smoking unit can accommodate up to 7 guests. The wall mirror in the master bedroom helps fill the space with color. A full-size kitchen is complemented by a large island cabinet/countertop. A full-size washer and dryer set is also available in the unit. Three large windows and wall mirrors in the living room come together to surround the space with golden sunshine, white sands, and emerald-colored waters - three things that make the Emerald Coast so attractive! The balcony/patio outside extends from the living room to the master bedroom and gives guests plenty of space to enjoy a beach-front view from morning 'til night.
The sleeping arrangements in this unit are as follows: master bedroom - 1 king bed, 2nd bedroom - 1 double bed and 1 twin. Sleeper sofa in the living room. This unit sleeps 7.

The pool is heated the week of Thanksgiving, the week of Christmas, and March.
