This lovely 2 Bedroom 2 Bath condo is perfect for 2 couples looking to get away from every day stress. This condo features King Size Bed in each room. Corner unit on the west end of the building which allows this condo to have more square footage than any other 2 Bedroom condo at Summerlin . 47" flat-screen TV in the living room, and a 32" flat-screen TV in the master bedroom..

The sleeping arrangements in this unit are as follows: master bedroom - 1 king bed, 2nd bedroom - 1 king bed. Sleeper sofa in the living room. This unit sleeps 6.

Our unit in Summerlin Ft. Walton Beach was perfect for our stay. The rental company kept us apprised of our obligations and also what they were providing for us. Would definitely recommend Brooks and Shorey.

Time away at the beach

Nice unit roomy and clean, exveot floor could have used a mopping. Friendly neighbors, umbrella/chair guy was awesome. Went parasailing, highly recommend.

Reviewer Comments: Everything at the condo was great, when we packed up and left I doubled checked the condo to make sure we hadn't forgot anything, but didn't check a drawer that I had left a large amount of cash in a drawer, personnel from Brooks And Shorey called and said the cleaning lady found it. I say they are a very trustworthy organization and very trustworthy personnel work for them....

Two beach chairs and umbrella already set up for every morning, some free activities, and nice location on quiet Santa Rosa Blvd. The unit was very clean and well maintained. All the amenities you could want and need. We will definitely be back to this place!!! 10/10 review in my book!!!

My grand daughter found a pill in the master bedroom on the floor, so wasn’t sure how well it was Vacuumed and the washer smelled really bad, maybe needs to be sanitized more often. Other than that no complaints

Lovely condo

The condo is lovely and was very clean in appearance and smell. The living room furniture is comfortable and attractive, however the balcony furniture desperately needs to be updated. Kitchen is well stocked. The location is perfect - right on the ocean. We really like the building having only 30 units, so the beach wasn't crowded. Property managers did not promptly respond when we had a question about the cable being out, but it was restored the next day. Overall, a great place and we would stay there again!
