HAD A RECLINER

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: WHILE A RECLINER MAY NOT SEEM IMPORTANT TO SOME WITH MY MEDICAL CONDITION I CAN ONLY SPEND AN HOUR OR SO IN ANY BED AT NIGHT EVEN AT HOME.THE AVAILABLITY OF THE RECLINER IN THIS UNIT MADE OUR CHOICE OF THIS UNIT A NO BRAINER.CANNOT UNDERSTAND WHY MORE UNITS DO NOT OFFER A RECLINER BECAUSE I AM PRETTY SURE I MAY NOT BE THE ONLY PERSON WHO LOVES TO TRAVEL BUT HAS THIS SAME ISSUE.

Nice location, unit needs some work

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed for a week and in that time I was locked out 4 times. The code worked and the light turned green, it just would not unlock. Management was great and very helpful and on the final lock out they did come and replace the lock. When the AC is running you KNOW IT, sounds like a jet. I did notice passing other units when their AC was on it was much quieter from the outside. This unit is very loud. We had a few issues with outlets not working, in particular the master bedroom where the tv is plugged in, that did not work. The hall bath tub filled with water when you take a shower and then if you want to take a bath the stop did not work and it leaked water out. It was a no win with that bathroom. I would suggest bigger pots in the kitchen other wise forget making even pasta. I would return to Surf Dweller just not this one.
