Escape to this charming 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom pool home located in the Chatham Park community. With an open-concept design, this home offers an excellent location, providing easy access to local amenities, stores, restaurants, golf courses, and major roads including I-4, Osceola Parkway, 417, 429, and the Turnpike. Disney, Universal, and Sea World are also just a short drive away.

Disclaimer: For security purposes there are surveillance cameras positioned around the property, the camera situated near the pool area is inactive and non-operational. Additionally, we would like to inform guests that we cannot be held responsible for any lost items within the premises. Please note that while we provide barbecue grills, we do not supply gas or fuel such as charcoal, wood, pellets, kerosene, lighters, or long matches. Please keep this in mind if you intend on using the barbecue. Our pool cleaning team visits every Thursday morning. Please don't be alarmed by their presence. Pool heating costs additional $15 per night.

Chatham Park offers security patrol, a community pool, a park and playground area, and tennis courts. Come and experience the perfect home in this delightful community—a true oasis for relaxation and enjoyment!

Great get away house!

The house is a nice size and felt so homey, the pool was perfect and my daughter had so much fun. The accommodations were great, already had pool toys and floats ready, and thoughtful things like shampoo and plenty of towels. Overall we had a great stay and would recommend to friends/family.

Home away from home.

We love the Kissimmee area and the comfort of having our own private accommodations. This place was exactly what we expected. We enjoyed the house ,pool and took frequent walks around the neighborhood. Very friendly area and comfortable place to relax and lay your head. Mike was a great host and was always a message away. We would definitely come back.

Great Location!

We made the best of our stay despite several issues with this property. We were notified the morning of check in that the pool heater didn't work, being a family with 4 kids this was devestating. Property could definately use some updating and a good deep clean but size and location was AMAZING! Ask any questions you have about this property before booking to ensure it is up to your standards.

Close to sea world

We drove up to visit Sea World Christmas. We arrived a little early and no issue with getting in. The unit is showing some wear. I sent pictures of a few issues likely related to most recent visitors. The beds rooms are great. I stayed in the master and the bed was comfortable. The water pressure on the shower was good. Overall great choice for three of us traveling.

Excellent property

Loved our stay at this house. The listing is very accurate, the house is in a great location for all the major tourist attractions, away from busy roads, with a wonderfully peaceful outlook over the lake it is situated on. The house is spacious, was immaculately clean on arrival, all furnishings are very comfortable. Very large TV in living room, which had so many channels (too many in fact!!). All appliances seemed new, including dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. The kitchen was very well equipped. Great air conditioning (and heating for those days when we needed it during an unusual very cold spell!).Outside pool area was lovely and clean, and although we didn’t request heating for the pool, it was just about warm enough for us Brits to swim in!Excellent communication with Mike, the owner, clear check in procedure, and very fast responses to any queries we raised.If I had to criticise the property in any way, it would be minimal…….a couple of areas could do with some paint touch ups, and the Sun loungers outside may need changing sometime soon, as some of the base struts are broken on a couple of them (there are four Sun loungers in total), and perhaps the provision of a non slip shower mat might be useful, but other than that, the house was perfect for us, and we would definitely book it again.Thank you Mike for a wonder stay.
