A complete and furnished living room with 50 'TV. The house has 3 bedrooms, one suite, 2 double beds, 5 single beds (4 of them in bunk beds) and an extra double mattress. In total, there are 4 complete bathrooms, 4 ceiling fans in the bedrooms and the living room, plus a table fan. All bedrooms are air conditioned. There is a hairdryer available. The house has a complete and equipped kitchen integrated with the living room, with stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, blender, juicer, toaster, sandwich maker and a large table for meals. It also has a freezer. The balcony on the ground floor has a barbecue and simple table with chairs for outside meals. Service area complete with washing machine and iron.

Bed linen and towels are provided, in addition to pillows and blankets.
The land is a large green area with many fruit seedlings, some already producing and a 25,500 liter pool, whose maintenance is guaranteed once a week. Extra visits by a swimming pool leave at the expense of the tenant. Wide terrain, flat and all lawn, for well being, rest and privacy, a place to enjoy and appreciate nature.
Very airy and very comfortable residence with ample pieces and constant circulation of the sea breeze.
As it is a highly residential area, noise is not allowed after 10 pm.
