Please note: Beginning in early December, the building will undergo deck renovations. While the exact scope and timing of activity may vary, some disruption is possible. Current rates have been adjusted to reflect this work.

Please note: This villa is currently undergoing an extensive renovation that is anticipated to be completed for spring 2026. Updates include new luxury vinyl plank (LVP) flooring throughout the living areas, granite countertops, freshly painted kitchen cabinetry, and upgraded recessed lighting. Bathrooms are being fully refreshed with new tile flooring, a newly tiled shower, and new vanities offering added cabinet storage. Additional enhancements include an electric fireplace with an added dry bar, shelving, and mantel, along with fresh paint throughout the villa. New panel doors and upgraded ceiling, door, and window molding are also being installed, creating a cohesive and refined finish across the home. Once the renovation is complete, new professional photos will be taken and uploaded to reflect these beautiful upgrades.

The main living area features a sleeper sofa, two cozy chairs, and a large wall-mounted TV. Sliding doors lead to a side balcony with views of the ocean and beach. The kitchen, complete with granite counters and stainless steel appliances, is fully equipped for preparing meals during your stay. There is also a bar area with seating for two. The kitchen opens to the dining area with a table and seating for four.

Wake up to ocean views in the villa's comfortable bedroom! The bedroom includes a king-sized bed, a TV, and a large bathroom with a pedestal sink and a walk-in shower.

The front exterior entrance of this villa building has a short flight of stairs, with an ADA-compliant ramp up to the first floor, with access to an elevator or use of adjacent stairs.

Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount for this property is $150. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, and more – the choice is yours!
