Brand New Construction! Enjoy beautiful water views from the front porch of our private home overlooking North River. We are 5 minutes from Beaufort waterfront in a quiet neighborhood. Our two bedroom home welcomes guests of up to five. 1 pet possible with host approval ($100 pet fee per stay). We also own the adjacent 4 bedroom property next door which sleeps up to 11 guests (Hobe's Place). Please reach out to us with any questions about reservations, amenities, or things to do on the Crystal Coast.)

Tammy chose to check out three hours after our listed checkout time. She did not communicate any the first two days of her stay and then chose to voice her concerns about cleanliness the day before check out. Tammy sent photos with her concerns which were pictures of sand behind the refrigerator and under the recliner Our cleaning company arrived at 10:00 AM to clean but was forced to leave and return in the afternoon which was an additional cost for us.

Incredible option a quick drive to Beaufort restaurants. I’ve been going to Beaufort my whole life and have never had such a lovely view of the water. Cleanliness was impeccable, and everything felt fresh and new. My boyfriend and I traveled with another couple. The shared space had plenty of room for us to cook and share a meal. Love the covered deck!! Kelly was also a great communicator, too. Would rent again in a heartbeat.
