The home is very cute and in a good location! Close to the casinos, beach, and boardwalk! The fenced in yard was perfect for my nieces to play in. Plenty of room to spread out.

This property was very clean and Nick was extremely responsive. The pictures are accurate and the whole place had a cute beachy theme. Plenty of pots and pans if you'll be cooking. A little short on plates but we were using paper plates so no matter. Plenty of mugs and a nice Keurig!

We enjoyed our stay overall and had no major problems. A few things could use some attention, however.The listing says the beach is an 8-minute walk, but we found it to be more like an 8-minute drive. The neighborhood was a little concerning, although we had no problems.Our biggest issue was the living room furniture. The old pull-out couch was uncomfortable and really only fit two people, and the two wicker chairs weren't very comfortable either. With four adults, it was difficult to relax and watch TV for very long. Upgrading the living room furniture would make a big difference.The fenced backyard was a nice feature, but the grass was long and there were quite a few mosquitoes. The corn hole set had definitely seen better days, and the bean bags were left outside soaking wet.Owner was GREAT about allowing me to bring my dogs - totally appreciated that!The garbage situation also needed attention. There were about six large, very full totes along the side of the property with quite a few flies. Following the owner's instructions, we took four of them to the street even though we had only generated about one bag of garbage ourselves.Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but some updates and better upkeep would make the property much more comfortable for future guests.
