You won't be disappointed with this newly renovated beach house!
This 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom home is located in the heart of ANNA MARIA ISLAND!
This home is professionally decorated with luxury and comfort as key elements of your stay. Soft hues of beachy waters and sand create a spa like feel. The open living, dining, and kitchen areas are the perfect spot to host family meals, game night, or just relax in the tranquil backyard. The kitchen has upgraded appliances and top of the line cookware. Great for those who love to cook.
There are two King bedrooms both with ensuites, one queen room and one queen / twin room with shared bathroom.
Pool can be heated in winter months and is surrounded by tropical royal palms and mangrove trees creating a path to the private dock off beautiful Bimini Bay. No height restrictions for boats accessing our canal.
This beach house is a few blocks walking from Anna Maria's famous shopping district and City Pier on Pine Ave. In just a short walk, you can enjoy the white sandy beaches of our beautiful island!

Michael and Denzil were great communicators leading up to and during the stay. The property is better than the pictures! Having a canal in the back was awesome for our kids as we were able to see manatees swimming by. The house is stocked perfectly, and they had great beach chairs/umbrellas/wagon. Short walk to the beach, bay, and restaurants! We highly recommend this house for any visit to AMI!

This house was the perfect choice for our two families of four over spring break (4 adults, 4 teenagers). It was clean, spacious, and the kitchen was well stocked. Pool was awesome and the private dock was great for relaxing or fishing. The house is a great location - an easy walk to shops, restaurants, both piers, and the beach. Checkin process was super easy and communication with the owners was great. We would definitely stay here again!

Simply the best!

This house was spectacular and the owners even better. We really felt well taken care of from the great communication to the newly renovated property with everything you could possibly need. The beds were comfortable and everything was impeccably clean. Well stocked kitchen with more than enough of everything for meals. The pool was nice and warm on a cooler week. The location is great and close to shopping and dining. We would absolutely return!

Five stars all the way!

The house was more beautiful than expected and the kitchen had great high end appliances and so well stocked. It was so clean and beautifully decorated. The master bathroom is gorgeous and the beds were so comfortable. The pool is large and has a big deep end, we think it was 7 feet deep in the deep end. 3 feet in the shallow. The dock provided nice shade and great for watching boats go by. We can’t wait to come back next year. Great location too!
