This single-story home offers easy, stair-free living with a seamless indoor-outdoor flow between the house, the screened lanai, and the private backyard pool.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please run the dishwasher and return dishes, cups, and utensils to their proper cabinets and drawers.
Please wash a load of beach towels before leaving. Usually, 5 beach towels per large load. Cleaning staff will dry and put away.
Safe travels home and keep Sapphire Surf in mind for a return trip.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Parking is limited to two (2) vehicles and must be parked in the driveway.
Guests must complete and return our rental agreement within 7 days of booking their reservation to finalize their stay.

The moment we walked in the door it felt like home. The house was clean, hand towels in the bathrooms were shaped into shells (like on a cruse), beach towels, suntan lotion, books, games, full kitchen, First Aide Kit also. Every detail was taken care of.

Perfect stay on Anna Maria Island

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful Anna Maria Island rental! The home was spotless, tastefully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was ideal-just a short walk to the beach and town. After a day in the Sun, we loved coming back to relax in the private pool.The town had plenty of great restaurants, and we also enjoyed the surrounding area for more dining options. This property is perfect for a couple or a small family. I visited with my husband, daughter, son-in-law, and 8 year old granddaughter, and everyone had a great time. The check in process was so easy and Ramona & Mark were very accessible for any questions that we had. I highly recommend this property for a relaxing beach getaway.

This is a wonderful location, completely updated, fresh, clean and inviting! The screened in porch provided a lovely retreat from the heat and occasional Fla rain. I can't say enough about the location; it's an easy walk to plenty of eateries, shops and the beach! We didn't need a car! We'll definitely be back!And I also appreciated the stocked kitchen of cookware and the washer/dryer. There were even games and water toys left for the kids.

The location to the beach and Pine Ave are amazing. This property has everything you need to have a great vacation. Beach chairs, umbrella, noodles, floats, skim board, boogie board and toys. The kitchen is well stocked. A fresh sponge and small bottle of dish soap are provided. Starter paper towel and toilet paper were also provided. There are extension cord outlets on each side of the bed so everyone can charge their electronics. The home was very clean and the hosts were great. You can tell a lot of thought was put into making sure their home would have everything you may need! The backyard is great and includes an outdoor shower. The screened in porch even has a fan for the hot summer months. We loved our stay here.

Sapphire Surf is a great home to enjoy some time on AMI. The house has everything you need for a great stay and is in the perfect location. Beds are comfy, temperature was perfect and fans were a plus! Check-in was a breeze and all communications were exactly as needed. The pool is a plus and the landscaping is great! Growing up in New Jersey, I enjoyed spending time at the 'Jersey Shore' with my friends and family. I believe this is one reason why I wanted to own a home near the beach. I'm an avid quilter, which occupies the majority of my time as my children are now grown.

Why they chose this property

My friend who owns a home on Anna Maria Island invited me to spend time with her. I fell in love with the island from the first day. I went back with her one year later and started looking for a home for my family. Late 2011, we purchased Sapphire Surf for our enjoyement and people who want to rent it from us. What drew me to Anna Maria is the slow pace of life, great beaches, friendly people and simple life it offers.

What makes this property unique

Some of the unique benefits we enjoy while at the property are: Short walk to the beach, walking the beach looking for sea shells, sunsets (and sunrise), ice cream store around the corner, eating at Sunsets, Rod & Real, City Pier, and riding a bike to explore the island.
