Custom architectural trim and details can be found throughout blending this homes' heritage with modern amenities. 2 bedrooms, eat-in kitchen and window seat nook, 2 full baths, custom barn doors and cabinetry, a reimagined sunroom, beautiful views on 100' of accessible lake frontage with outdoor patio, 1 mile from town center. Modern design with historic accents, cozy and comfortable.
Free onsite parking, private drive, large enough for 3 cars. Our cottage can comfortably accommodate 5 guests or less. Guest entrance and parking: Accessible parking spot, Lit path to the guest entrance, Step-free path to the guest entrance.
Other things to note: Historic Farmington, music and poetry festivals, hiking, biking, fishing, skiing and upscale dining all close by.

Sean & I are hosts & explorers who love to travel with our family & design/renovate spaces. We feel most at home by the water & spent the pandemic renovating our lake cottage with my super talented Dad & our boys. Renovating & traveling is a multi-generation family affair :-) We hope you love this locations as much as we do!
Why they chose this property
We live in a friendly tranquil lake community with lots of families, both human and furry :-). We have 3 beaches in the area, one 5 min walk from our home. We have raised our family here and live in the neighborhood.
What makes this property unique
We have 100' of lake frontage, beautiful views in every season, in a tranquil spot yet are close to activities, restaurants, etc.
