I am an awesome host, and I value the comfort and security of my guests. As such, All of my properties are nicely done to reflect high-end taste. I enjoy entertaining friends and family, as such, I make myself readily available to respond to my guests' requests and needs.
Why they chose this property
This is a great neighborhood and I live in the area. This property is very private and secluded. Yet, it is closed to everything essential for city life and suburbia. This property is situated between two major golf courses. The views from this property is amazing -- no matter which window you look out of.
What makes this property unique
The uniqueness of this property can easily be attributed to the charm and beauty of the home and its environs. It is secluded and private, and is located far away from traffic. This home has an opened floorplan with lots of nature lights. This property also has an enclosed porch with a 270 degrees unobstructed view. Old world charm dripped with contemporary amenities and modern appliances.
