About this space
Great Denton location with very limited availability in a cool urban setting. Enjoy easy access to everything. Steps from the square with everything a thriving Main Street town has to offer - coffee houses, live music, scratch cocktails, wine shop, cheese shop, fine dining, tacos, bakery, clothing stores, gift shopping, antiques, vintage clothing, drop in gyms, sports bars, parks, courthouse on the square, museums, galleries, etc. UNT and TWU are each 1 mile from here. Easy access to 35E&35N
The space
This luxury townhouse in the heart of Downtown boasts 1600 sq ft. 2 bedrooms each have attached full bathrooms with plenty of privacy. You get an office space and laundry space that separate the 2 bedrooms. The master has a king bed and the other…a queen bed. Linen duvet wraps the down comforters on both beds. Latex mattress keeps guests cool in the Queen room. The king bed is a hybrid mattress (not bed in a box) with a plush pillow top. Both have cooling mattress protectors.

The TH is private. One car garage is private. You will enter by code to either the front door or through the garage. Adjacent public parking available if more than one car.
Other things to note
This rental is meant for 1 or 2 persons sharing a bed in each of the 2 bedrooms with nobody sleeping on any temporary sleeping surface unless otherwise agreed to by host. Each bedroom has 1 bed. The 2 beds are the only sleeping surfaces available. No sofa sleeper, blow up mattress, crib, foam roller, sleeping bag, tent, sofa, etc is available for overnight accommodations. If overnight accommodations are needed for extra persons then please consult the host before booking. Exclusive setting with only 14 townhomes in Downtown Denton. No hotels to book. 3 other available airbnb's in the core downtown are as of 12/22.
