Why they chose this property
South Venice is perfect for an active family. streets are quiet for biking and walking. walk or bike to Legacy Trail and Shamrock Park. We have taken the trail into downtown Venice and Caspersen beach.
This house has everything. It has been completely updated after Ian. Starts with oversized Lania covered pool with plenty of deck seating in and out of sun. Pass through to kitchen for ease of pool side dining/snacking. Two huge living areas each with flat screen. All three bedroom with walk in closets. Master has pool slider. Master bath with Jacuzzi, shower, and double sinks. Open kitchen with all new appliances, bar seating for four, full view of pool and main living area. Dining area seating four as well.
Outside patio area for BBQ.
