This airy studio exudes a mid-century Italian meets sleek urban loft vibe. Pops of color compliment soaring ceilings while sophisticated villa energy lies in the details (picture: terrazzo inspired floors/countertops and elegant plaster accents).
One king bed features a cushy mattress topped with plush linens.
The bathroom is equipped with Malin + Goetz bath products, combo washer/dryer, plenty of towels and other essentials (i.e. hair dryer, etc.).
A well-appointed kitchenette comes equipped with a Moccamaster coffee machine (stocked w/ local grounds), two-burner stove top, dishwasher, fridge and microwave.
For workers and streamers, the wifi and smart tv are solid.

Arrival instructions provided to the guest directly by email when full payment has been received.
All guests must be verified before their stay. As part of this process, we use our guest portal, Autohost, where you’ll be asked to provide a valid government-issued photo ID, confirm your payment method, and submit a security deposit. We loved The Neighborhood Hotel! The Little Italy location was a great spot for us. We were close to the United Center for our March Madness game (Go Blue!) and also close to Michigan Avenue for some shopping. Very clean property and comfy bed, too. My husband appreciated the coffee maker and delicious coffee. Thank you for sharing your lovely property with us!
